Prices include overnight stay, breakfast, cleaning, change of linen and towels, heating or air conditioning. Breakfast, based on our own products, is served in the common room from 08:00 to 09:30. The rooms will be available from 16:30 on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. 10% discount on extended stays of more than 3 days in B&B. The agriturismo offers a fixed price menu for half board of €20.00 and €35.00 for full board, drinks not included. For half board and full board, children from 0-3 years have a 100% reduction, while children from 3 to 6 years have a 50% reduction.
To book we require a deposit of 40 euros per room via bank transfer or PayPal, or the sending of a credit card number with expiration date as a guarantee. Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation or changes made up to 3 days before the expected date of arrival, no cost will be charged. In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
