The philosophy behind the dishes offered is the same that inspired the birth of the agriturismo: a harmonious mix of peasant tradition and contemporary ideas, where the quality of the raw materials offered must stand out first and foremost. Raw materials that largely come from our crops and farms, but that curiosity pushes us to look for even where we are certain we can find food and wine excellence in line with our modus operandi. Products capable of both enhancing the contemporary concept of zero km and looking further afield, to guarantee a simple cuisine that is also capable of surprising. Precisely for this reason, behind our choices there was the expert and knowledgeable advice of chefs who have worked in the best Italian and international kitchens and written appreciated recipe books.
Today the kitchen of the farmhouse Casale del Marrone is led by the agrichef Alessandra Pucello, a cook with proven ability and experience who practices her profession not only within her structure, a figure who embodies both the qualities of the chef and the identity of the agricultural entrepreneur, committing herself to transforming mainly agricultural productions of the company or of proximity of the Campagna Amica circuit in respect of seasonality and popular knowledge.
